7.       Despite all the ecological problems of the earth and the problems faced by people in development countries, Goodall says she is still hopeful.   Should she be hopeful?  Is this naïve or realistic? Do you feel hopeful about the future of the earth and about reducing poverty?  When faced with great problems, how do you react?

8.       What inspirational leaders and role models does Goodall mention in this lecture?  Do you have role models?  Who are they?
